Pacific Diagnostic Laboratory, LLC (PDL) is a full-service clinical laboratory serving medical practitioners in Central Coast and Southern California regions. PDL formed in 2007 to offer the highest-quality laboratory services and an unmatched level of customer care.

Who We Are

PDL employ approximately 300 individuals including Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLS’s), Laboratory Assistants, Certified Phlebotomy Technicians (CPT’s), Client Service Representatives, Couriers, Sales Field Representatives, pathologists (AP) personnel, and various support staff.

Every employee plays a vital role in the success of the organization and is an invaluable member of the team! You may know us as your family members, friends, and neighbors. PDL supports local nonprofit charities, and many of our employees do the same.

Local Facility

PDL’s centralized locations on the coast of California, state-of-the-art facility and logistics planning allow us to provide same-day results to clients throughout the area. Instead of driving specimens hundreds of miles away, we keep the testing local. Local testing helps ensure specimen integrity and rapid reporting, as well as helping to reduce your carbon footprint on the environment.

PDL uses advanced information technology (IT) to support our mission of service excellence. Our IT professionals establish physician office connectivity for electronic orders and result reporting.
